I still need to change my items around any how.... I am not sure when I will find time.... If not I guess I will just run him as is. (I wanted Ghost form/wraith form and a wand of disjunction, but if I do not have time I do not have time)

A: SR from paragon will be dropped to solid SR 35 due to CL limit
B: Starmantle Cloak is banned.

I haven't forgotten about this. Look for a finalized character in a day or so. I'm also looking for a way to reduce the amount of die rolling required for this character - damage is mostly static, but the build can easily make 10 or more attacks a turn, so rolling those d20s might be a bit tedious and slow the game down.
I'll do my best to get printouts of all misc source material i've used (i.e. not the core 3 books) to speed things up a bit too.
Although I don't believe it impacts me too much, there are a few spells I'd like to use with a required focus, which I am not allowed to carry. The focuses are under 2,000 gp; I was wondering if there could be an exalted feat that allows you to ignore focuses for either a specific spell, or each time you took you were allowed to ignore a focus up to X * Y gp, where X is how many times you took the feat. If it's a hassle, please ignore this.
As for the starmantle cloak? A pathetic fixed reflex save to take half damage from a weapon? Combined with evasion, it basically ensures that 95% of the time you'd take no damage from an attack, and if you've got improved evasion, it essentially reduces damage by 97.5%. Being able to essentially ignore worrying about AC for under 100,000 gp is typically broken.
I'd also question if continuous versions of certain 1 round spells for under 50,000 is worth putting into the game. It's not quite as bad as continuous true strike (and arguably completely legal), but it's close.
Having said that, I will love your bard. If I really felt like optimizing I'd have found a way to fit leadership in just to have a clone/buff minion.
Finally, how late are you planning this game to go? 8? 10?

It's close, but I'd want something with more features - for example, automatically calculating the decreasing BAB, or being able to roll the dice independently. Excel could do it, as could a relatively simple program written to do it, but I won't have a computer handy to use. I might to make something in excel and send it to Eric for review (and possibly have him roll for me) to make things faster. Of course i could always get faster at mental math, and just borrow 5-7 different colored d20s to roll each full attack at once, with each one relating to a given attack.

Note that you do not get Swiftblade benefits when using an item of continuous Haste. Swiftblade says a haste that YOU cast.
Also Dupes: please list the sources of your feats. I can't tell where they come from, and it looks like you have too many.

Hmmm, good point on the haste, though from my reading the source of the haste doesn't matter for the stats bonuses. Thank you for the catch though.
I'll add the feat sources to the original post. The feat number was off because I accidentally listed draconic heritage twice. It should all add up now.

I'm sorry you misunderstood what I meant by Sources. I prefer feats to be referenced in the following way:
HD1: Feat name HD3: Feat Name HD6: Feat Name ... Fighter 1:Feat Name Fighter 2:Feat name etc.
It just makes the build easier to follow, and makes sure that your proportion of Epic feats is correct (not really a problem for you, but it's just something I like to track) It also shows sorta how your character developed.

Swordsage and monk wisdom bonus can't stack, swordsage requires you to be in light armor, monk in no armor. Also, RAW, monk, ninja, and swordsage bonuses are untyped, and thus stack with anything. Don't know how you wanna rule that though. Editing the character now, should be up soon. This talk of AC left me catch problem with stacking insight bonuses on my character, changing it to fix that too.

Reesh's story: Born to a wandering desert tribe, Reesh began his adventuring as the tribes trusted warrior bard. Melding magic with martial power, he became a fierce leader among his tribe, carrying them to many victories against the evils of the world. His people were wiped out by an ancient dry lich, leaving only him and a few other survivors to seek refuge in the distant corners of the earth. They found it with a truly ancient and benevolent copper dragon, who sheltered them in exchange for their services as hunters. Reesh became the dragon's personal assassin, striking down powerful evil dragons and devils in the service of his master and gaining ever more experience in magic and martial combat. The dragon sent Reesh one day to the desert to confront an evil there that was laying waste to the local peoples and raising hordes of undead. It was the dry lich that had killed his people so long ago. Gripping his horn and daggers, Reesh set upon the lich and defeated him. He returned to the Copper dragon, who then freed him of his debt of service, but told Reesh that his people still had more debt to pay. Knowing there was work to be done, Reesh set out on his own. After leaving the last of his people behind, Reesh now wanders the planes, confronting and destroying evil wherever he could find it. Wherever the call for a champion is heard, he will go, to strike quick and true against that which would threaten the safety of the innocent.
